Google Analytics

In common with many other websites, we use Google Analytics to measure how well our website meets the need of users. In particular, we use it to identify which pages on our website are working well and which need to be changed, and also to track the effectiveness of any on-line advertising that we do.

In order to achieve this Google Analytics will install a first-party cookie on your computer to enable Google to track how you interact with our site. The information which Google provides to us from this analysis is anonymous and does not enable us to identify individuals who have accessed our site.

Google offers a browser add-in, which allows users who have concerns about such tracking, to opt out of providing information to Google Analytics when they browse sites that use this technology.

Other Analytical Tools

We may from time to time use other analytics tools for identifying how customers interact with our site and how well particular web-pages are working.  These tools do not identify individual visitors to the site, but provide us with statistical information on how the site is used.

E-Mail Addresses & Other Contact Information

We take the privacy of our clients very seriously and will never sell your e-mail address. We also offer our telephone number in case you prefer to contact us in that way.

Electronic Newsletters & Other Communications

We may from time to time send electronic newsletters or other e-mail communications to our past and present customers and other contacts.  When we do so, we will always provide a straightforward and easy way for you to unsubscribe from such contact, and will act promptly on any unsubscribe request.
